Could you be our next success story? 

We are looking for someone offering exceptional customer service skills to take on an important role within the branch called “Key Account Manager”. What this means is that you will look after a core group of key clients to make sure that that they know that their business is incredibly important to us!

This role will see you mainly being responsible for:
  • Serving on the counter, processing and following up customers' orders, quotes and telephone enquiries
  • Organising delivery of products
  • Ordering and sourcing products from other branches if necessary
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships and seizing opportunities to make the sale
  • Providing customers with the highest level of care throughout all stages of their interactions with us. 

Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm and 9am to 12 noon every 3rd Saturday

We have a lot going on at once and no two days are the same so we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but can remain calm under pressure and work closely with the team to achieve our goals. This job will suit someone who loves to make sure that things work smoothly for our customers, which means you will need to be able to find solutions and fix any potential problems along the way. 

Great communications skill and strong attention to detail will be the skills which will see you succeed and thrive!

You don’t need to have worked in the industry before, but you will need to have an interest in what our customers do and a desire to learn! We will provide you with all the training you will need on our systems and our products – but you will need to be keen and hungry to learn.
