We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our small and friendly team in Hastings. In this role you will be taking inbound calls, professionally handling customer enquiries, providing quotes, processing orders and offering solution-based support to our valued customers.

This position plays a pivotal part in our organisation and as such you will need to have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player but most importantly you will thrive in providing a customer service experience that is second to none! The ability to pick up and understand technical information would be beneficial as you will be dealing with a wide range of questions relating to varied product offers.

To succeed in this role you will be customer-focused and be confident talking to and influencing people both over the phone and face to face. You will be computer savvy, have good time management skills and be able to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
