Our Auckland branch is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and in person with product enquiries, orders, and general assistance
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing product knowledge and guidance to help customers choose the right roofing solutions
• Working closely with our sales, manufacturing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service
• Troubleshooting issues and following through to resolution
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach every day

What you’ll bring

• Previous customer service or sales support experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new tools
• A proactive attitude with great attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
