About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—both in person and over the phone. You’ll help them find the right products, provide accurate information, process orders, and ensure every interaction reflects the reliability and professionalism EasySteel is known for.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to walk‑in and phone‑based customers
- Process sales orders, quotes, and enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Support the sales and operations teams with product information and availability
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain a tidy and organised customer service area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or sales support experience (preferably in trade, industrial, or manufacturing sectors)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of steel products or the construction industry is an advantage, but not essential
