EasySteel is a trusted name in New Zealand’s steel industry, known for delivering quality products and exceptional service. Our Whangārei branch is looking for a confident, customer-focused team player to join us as a Customer Service Representative.
About the Role
This is a front-line, office-based position where you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver for our customers. You’ll support sales activity, process orders, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards EasySteel is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service across phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Supporting sales by preparing quotes, processing orders, and offering product information
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation and order entry
- Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a wide range of customers
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
- A team player who enjoys a busy, varied workday
