Our Mico Whangaparaoa store is a busy and growing branch, providing trade solutions to a loyal trade customer base, including home builders and the local business sector. 
Mico New Zealand is a top supplier of plumbing and bathroom products to the trade, retail, and commercial sectors, with 70 branches and around 550 employees throughout New Zealand.

The role:
We have an exciting role, where you’ll join a stable branch and enjoy the variety and opportunities of working with a small close-knit, supportive team within a large organisation.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that will see you involved mainly in sales on the Trade Counter and driving the customer delivery to get an order out. However also pitching in with the rest of the team when required to help out in the Inwards Goods area, cycle counting stock.
Working behind the Trade Counter, you’ll ensure that our customers, who are made up of tradies, businesses and home-owners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service, but even working in inwards goods or doing deliveries will bring your great customer service skills into play. The greatest focus of our teams is to work together with our customers to support them to keep their businesses on the go!
This is a permanent, full-time role, Offering 42.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday. 

Our Whangaparaoa branch will be relocating to Silverdale in the next 3-4 months. 

About you
To shine in this role, you’ll bring a customer-focused attitude, problem solving skills and good work ethic to the business and be prepared to work closely and cooperatively with the rest of our team. As well as having solid Health and Safety values as this is at the forefront of everything we do. Our Drury team work collaboratively and so your strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential to this role. The ability to build rapport and relationships should be your strength and you’ll be IT savvy too. Are you a keen learn who enjoys a role with some variety? 
There will be manual handling required and so you’ll need to be physically fit. A current Class 1 drivers’ licence and forklift experience/license is preferred, however not essential.
