We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative who lives and breathes our values of being ‘customer leading’ and ‘better every day’ to join us at our brand new site in East Tamaki!
This role provides a supportive and pro-active approach to our internal and external customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and on time delivery of our customer’s orders.
Day to day you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, professionally handling customer enquiries over the phone and face to face, processing orders and offering solution-based support to our valued customers. You will also be completing general administration tasks such as data entry, processing invoices and credit notes and proactively selling and promoting our products and services.
This position plays a pivotal part in our organisation so we are looking for someone who is solutions-focussed and can pick up and understand technical information easily as you will be dealing with a range of questions relating to varied product offers. Experience in the building industry is desirable, but not essential if you are a fast learner and can pick up technical specification information quickly.
To succeed in this role you will be passionate about customer service and providing solutions and be confident talking to and influencing people both over the phone and face to face.
