About the Position

As the primary point of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in our dynamic and innovative environment. They are entrusted with understanding the comprehensive needs of our customers and driving sales through exceptional service, both over the phone and via email. In close collaboration with our branch, transport, and planning teams, this position ensures the timely fulfillment of customer requests in accordance with our service agreements, facilitating the efficient delivery and/or pick-up of products from Stramit sites.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based onsite at our Maddington branch. You would be required to be in the office Monday through to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers promptly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry, particularly in processing orders.
  • Maintain a focus on resolving both customer and business-related issues.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.
