Customer Service Representative – Full-time (Cheltenham)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in making it easy to do business with Laminex. Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll handle product orders, track deliveries, address technical queries, and manage credits via phone, email, and webchat.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
