Fletcher Reinforcing is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic National Channel & Sales Team! Based in our Christchurch office, working Monday to Friday 9am-2pm, you’ll bring your top-notch customer service skills to this role where you’ll have a range of responsibilities to include:
  • Customer Service; delivering exceptional support, resolving claims and complaints, establishing new accounts, providing price requests, responding to queries and placing orders.
  • Coordinate planning, production, and dispatch of goods, liaising closely with manufacturing.
  • Administration of day-to-day tasks, in collaboration with your team.
Ideally, you will have:
  • A strong customer service background and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to understand and address the complete customer journey proactively.
  • Able to make effective decisions, work autonomously and have a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • A construction of manufacturing background in a customer service role would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 9am-2pm within our manufacturing environment, based in Sydenham.
  • High computer literacy, with the ability to pick up new technology and learn new products quickly.
