The opportunity:
Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are in search of an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rotorua. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while supporting existing internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. You will also work closely with wider sales and operations teams.

We are looking for a special person who will be attending to our customers’ requests regarding deliveries, products, pricing, purchasing, credits and other inquiries via phone, email, and/or over the counter.

About you:

Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous, however we are open minded. More important to us is the fit within our team and culture, and ability to swiftly pick up and understand technical information and product knowledge to hit the ground running.

Ideally, you are customer-focused, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Also, you pay great attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, excellent at time management, and have confidence using computers and any ERP systems.
