About the Position

Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and supporting organizational success? Stramit is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant and forward-thinking team.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities include thoroughly understanding customer needs and fostering sales through outstanding service delivery, whether it's over the phone or via email. Working closely with our branch, transport, and planning teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt fulfillment of customer orders and facilitating efficient product delivery and pickups from Stramit sites.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based onsite at our Knoxfield branch, with requirements to be in the office Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound calls from customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate versatility by working both independently and collaboratively to maintain seamless operations.
  • Precise and speedy data entry, particularly in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a dedicated focus on resolving both customer concerns and business-related issues.
  • Uphold a steadfast commitment to rigorous safety protocols and practices.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through personalised service.

  • Advanced administrative skills that allow you to navigate systems and adhere to established processes effectively.

  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
