About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and customers receive their products on time, as well as:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries about orders, production schedules, and product availability.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Accurately process orders and communicate any supply or delivery challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, sales, and dispatch teams to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Product Expertise: Become fully conversant with our range of roofing products and services.
About You
You’ll bring a strong customer service mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment, as well as:
  • Reliability is key, plus adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Ideally experience in customer service, in a manufacturing or trade-based environment, but also willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as good computer skills
  • High attention to detail, very well organised and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
