Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for a dynamic role in a supportive and thriving environment? Winstone Wallboards is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our vision of being the #1 in Customer Experience! In this 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday role, working 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM within our Mount Wellington location, your responsibilities will include:
  • Order Management: Accurately process and manage orders via Email, EDI, Merchant Portal, Xtracta Platform, and Phone, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing accurate information on stock availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer calls, resolve complaints, and process credits with a focus on first-up resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Health & Safety: Actively promote and demonstrate safe work practices, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and contractors.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service call centre environment, preferably in the building industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Comfortable using multiple IT platforms to find information and solve customer problems.
  • Team player with effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and a persuasive, authentic approach.
  • Computer savvy, adaptable, and able to take full responsibility and accountability for tasks.
