What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Delivering first-class customer service and expert product advice via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order management from placement to delivery
  • Processing purchase orders and quotations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with pricing enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
  • Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others. 
Ideally, you’ll have:
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical product information clearly
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence using computer systems – experience with SAP S4 Hana and Salesforce is a plus!
  • Experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or building industry (highly regarded but not essential)

The Team You’ll Join:

You’ll be one of seven Customer Service Representatives, reporting to our Customer Service Manager and working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You’ll be a key part of our mission to deliver outstanding service to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
