12 Month Maximum Term Contract – With Hybrid Work Arrangements 
Customer Service Representative, Located in Keysborough - Ample Parking  
Monday to Friday Position – 38 hours per week

Ideal Skills and Capabilities
  • Proven background in Customer Service of technical product
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with our customers
  • Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Sound knowledge of SAP or other advanced CRM systems
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints promptly 
  • Excellent with Administration, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
