Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

We are on the look-out for an innovative and engaging Customer Service Representative to join our Fletcher Insulation Supply & Fit team in Adelaide.  In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders—answering queries, processing orders, and offering expert support to a variety of internal and external customers, installers, building supervisors, warehousing and more. With a strong focus on solutions and a can-do attitude, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and our core values. 

Whether it’s over the phone or via email, your upbeat energy and attention to detail will help us exceed expectations and make it easy for our customers to do business with us. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and a shared drive for success. From juggling multiple priorities to solving problems on the fly, you’ll bring a proactive mindset and a passion for quality to everything you do. 

Ideal Skills and Capabilities
  • Previous background in customer service or internal sales 
  • Passion for customer excellence and supporting a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Capable of adapting your style as required and can pivot quickly when porosities change 
  • Skilled on digital platforms such as SAP or other CRM, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally over the phone and in writing 
  • You love to learn and enjoy taking on new assignments
