Customer Service & Dispatch Representative


We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatcher to join our Customer Service team based at Portland in Whangarei.

Be responsible for: 
  • Fulfilling Golden Bay’s customer service expectations by managing customer orders and dispatch in a timely manner
  • Build strong customer relationships becoming involved in process improvements to raise quality and service
  • Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network/operational delays 
  • Maintain high standard of order processing and record to manage stock inventory


About you: 
  • Preferably 3+ years’ experience in either Transport or Logistics environment
  • Have strong communication skills, be customer centric, and have a positive and proactive attitude towards your work
  • Be able to instantly build rapport with both internal and external customers  
  • Thrive on solving problems and challenging the status quo
