The Role
Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are in search of an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manukau, Auckland and provide excellent service to support of customers. In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, via email and in person.
  • Managing customer queries, orders, returns and exchanges in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner.
  • Offering insights on products and services to help customers make informed choices.
  • Effective data entry and systems management to ensure orders and credits are placed in a timely and accurate way.
  • Working closely with the sales and distribution teams to provide comprehensive support ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc and unexpected requests in a positive and professional manner, such as delivery/transport issues
About You
We are after that special someone who is customer-focused, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. We will be impressed by your track record of delivering exceptional customer service (ideally from within the building/industrial sector), attention to detail, ability to provide detailed product and service information to customers, and confidence using computers and any ERP systems, especially SAP.
