Dimond Roofing, New Zealand’s trusted name in long-run roofing, cladding, and rainwater systems, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Invercargill branch. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that keeps the construction industry moving, this role gives you the chance to shine.


What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide product information, pricing, and order support
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with the sales, manufacturing, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders
  • Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Help maintain a positive, solutions-focused environment

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Good attention to detail and confidence with computer systems
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry experience (roofing, construction, building materials) is helpful — but not essential
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
