As the driving force behind a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at our Cheltenham site, you'll have the unique opportunity to build something from the ground up. Your background in contact centre operations should include call management, quality assurance, workforce management, and performance metrics. You’ll coach and develop your team to achieve peak performance while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
