As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving customer centricity, process enhancement, and continuous improvement across the region.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a diverse team to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer needs and enhance sales through outstanding service. Working closely with colleagues from planning, production, transport, and sales, you will play a critical role in achieving excellence. This full-time role requires in-office presence five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high morale to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee team performance, identify training needs, and support professional development to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

About You
  • Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve customer service targets and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work setting.
