You’ll spend a large part of your day managing orders and supporting customers, while also assisting with stock handling, inwards goods, dispatch, and a range of tasks that keep our small, close-knit team running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering customer calls and processing email, online and phone orders

  • Operating a forklift to load/unload products (as required to assist the team)

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys variety in their day.  You will bring:
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in customer service or internal sales (experience in the building industry is advantageous)
  • Confidence processing orders across multiple channels (face-to-face, email, and online) and managing pricing enquiries
  • Strong computer literacy, with experience using Outlook and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to support both customer service and warehouse functions
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members
  • A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one

What’s on Offer
  • A supportive, tight-knit team environment
  • A busy environment where no two days are the same
  • Opportunity to build experience across customer service, sales, and warehousing
