More About Our Role

We are on the lookout for a bright, passionate and energised Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Merchant section at Strathpine. This role is a perfect opportunity to grow your customer service experience to the next level, maybe you are wanting a change from being in retail or general face to face customer service. Our team is looking for a fresh, energetic, and tech-savvy individual who prides themselves on exceeding customer expectations and constantly pushes themselves to achieve high-class service to all our customers, both internal and external Stakeholders. You will be responsible for customer service via phone and emails, processing quotes & orders, following up on sales opportunities, data entry, and ensuring pricing information is correct.

Skills and Experience
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with our customers
  • Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of SalesForce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Excellent with Administration, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
  • Confident in learning new skills, willing to learn and work as a part of team
