About the Role

Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Hamilton team. As our successful Customer Service Representative, you will be joining our small and talented team and will be responsible for:

Answering inbound calls from external and internal customers.
Professionally handling customer enquiries, offering solution-based support.
Providing quotes, processing orders and providing support to our sales team.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm role, based at our branch in Melville.

About You

This position plays a pivotal part in our organization and as such you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, a team player and customer focused. We’re also looking for:

Confidence talking to and influencing people both over the phone and face-to-face.
Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
Good time management skills and computer savvy.
Desire to learn, grow and become established long term in the business.
