About the role :

Join our dynamic team at Mico as a Distribution Centre Operations Support specialist! Based in Mangere, Auckland, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting daily logistics operations. With a focus on health and safety, you'll lead continuous improvement projects and contribute to a zero-harm workplace. Be part of a team that values efficiency, teamwork, and excellence.

The role is a permanent full-time position, 40h, Monday to Friday from 8-4.30pm.

About you :

• A Full New Zealand drivers’ and forklift licences are essential.

• 3-5 years’ experience in a warehousing, distribution, inventory or similar logistics environment.

• Expert Forklift operator, confident in using a reach truck up to 12m high

• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment and Health & Safety standards.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.

• High level of accuracy and ability to multi-task.

• Effective communication and time management skills.
