We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused Pre-Delivery Site Checker to support our Auckland Delivered to Site (DTS) operations and ensure sites are “Plasterboard Ready” prior to delivery. This hands-on, site-based role is critical to delivering safe, efficient, and problem-free plasterboard deliveries. You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all site access, safety, and placement requirements are confirmed before delivery day. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily site inspections in collaboration with dispatch, sales, and site contacts.
Conduct pre-delivery site inspections to confirm safe access, identify hazards, and ensure sites meet “Plasterboard Ready” criteria.
Communicate and resolve issues prior to delivery, escalating where necessary to prevent disruptions.
Champion health and safety, reporting hazards and supporting a strong safety-first culture.

About You

You are organised, safety-focused, and confident communicating with construction professionals. You thrive in a proactive role where identifying and resolving issues early makes a real difference, as well as:

A full, clean driving license
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Safety-first mindset
Construction or logistics experience (advantageous but not essential)
Knowledge of building products or plasterboard desirable
