About the position:

We are seeking a dynamic Data Officer to join our Finance Team. This purpose of this role is to maintain the currency and quality of M3 business database for products, pricing and supply chain, to ensure the quality and integrity of business data. The suitable candidate must have ERP experience.

This is a full-time opportunity based at our Erskine Park site, offering flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Product Database, ensuring all associated tables and data fields are up to date.
  • Oversee the Supply Chain Database, including maintenance of data fields, stock point records, and requirements for warehouse, facility, purchasing, manufacturing, and transport areas.
  • Manage M3 Price File data, including maintenance of tables, data fields, and pricing, and support the implementation of price increase activities.
  • Administer and maintain the existing Customer Discount model and Promotions records in M3.
  • Ensure all requests for new data and maintenance to existing data records are completed according to agreed SLAs.
  • Participate in and support business improvement initiatives, assisting, identifying and proposing efficiency opportunities.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for…
  • Expertise in M3 (Movex) and MS word, as well as high levels of expertise in MS excel.
  • Experience in ERP Configuration and implementation
  • Knowledge of Quality and Lean principles
  • Proven analytical skills with a strong ability to thoroughly analyse business processes, workflows, and data.
  • Exceptional conceptual, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, adept at managing tasks, activities, and time while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to share knowledge, contribute to team efforts, and celebrate team achievements
