If you love working in a fast-paced team environment with lots of variety then this could be your opportunity to really make an impact! Our New Lynn Branch is seeking a motivate and driven Despatch Team member.

The Role:

You’ll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area pulling products for customer and loading them onto vehicles/trucks. Ensure the loads are secure. Coordinate trucks in an efficient and effective way. You will be dealing with our building trade customer base and your key responsibilities will include assisting within the yard, providing product advice to customers when required. Assisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained. Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.

This role is a permanent full-time role working the afternoon/evening shift 1:30pm-10pm, Monday-Friday.

About You:

We are looking for someone with Trade knowledge or warehousing experience. The role does require Heavy lifting, so you will need to be physically fit and have a solid Health and Safety values.

Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. You will have great attention to detail as well as competent computer and numeracy skills.

To be considered for this role you must have a clean full driver licence & forklift license and experience.
