Description

The Role:

You’ll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area arrange the delivery of customer orders efficiently, so that they are delivered in full, on time, and in specification.

Daily you will be responsible for –

Pulling orders to get them ready for delivery
Coordinate trucks in an efficient and effective way
Ensuring the loads are strapped/wrapped and secure for transport
Serving our customers within the Yard & Drive Thru when needed
Assisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained.
Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday based in PlaceMakers Riccarton Branch.

About you:

You will play a lead role in capturing sales opportunities across your portfolio therefore your passion for building rapport and long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must!

Full clean class 1 driver licence and Forklift licence/Experience.
Trade/product knowledge or warehousing experience.
Physically fit and a solid health and safety values
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Great attention to detail and be organised.
