You’ll collaborate closely with our production teams, account managers, and customers to ensure every project is delivered to a high standard. Your day-to-day will include:

Interpret complex architectural, engineering, and consent documentation with accuracy
Produce precise Frame & Truss designs using Pryda software
Provide informed technical support to internal teams and customers
Ensure all detailing meets NZ building codes and standards, including NZS 3604
Lead resolution of remedial issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate processing, documentation, and record management across all jobs

Working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, you will have the opportunity to really add value and take ownership. This role is paying between $35.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience.

About you:
You’re a detail‑driven professional with solid experience in Frame & Truss detailing and a strong understanding of construction plans and standards. You’re confident working with industry software, comfortable solving technical challenges, and enjoy collaborating with production teams and customers. We’re looking for someone with:

• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy (experience with Pryda, AutoCAD or similar is a bonus)
• An interest in construction, architecture, or design
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work well in a team
• Experience with building products or codes (advantageous but not essential)
