Role Purpose: 
  • To price & detail Frame & Truss components for efficient manufacturing and assembly.
  • To offer guidance to designers, architects, customers and staff as it relates to Frame & Truss pricing, detailing and assembly on site.
This role is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Based in our Wanaka branch. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Price Frame & Truss components to a high level of accuracy and to deadline
  • Detailing Frame & Truss components to a high level of accuracy and to deadline
  • Ensure the right questions are being asked to provide the most relevant advice and support
  • Liaise between customers and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication

Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent customer service, continually acting in the customers’ best interests
  • A sound knowledge of the consent and building process as well as NZS3604
  • Competent with Mitek 20/20 software and ideally has the relevant Mitek qualifications in this programme i.e. Mitek 101/201/301 and Mitek CoC or equivalent detailing platform (Pryda)
  • Experience with non-standard builds (Architectural Complexity)
  • Experience and confidence in dealing with builders/engineers/architects/designers with making design suggestions/dealing with issues/seeking information etc 
  • Strong attention to detail, follow up and ability to work to deadlines
  • Effectively builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to use initiative and find solutions where appropriate 
  • Computer literate, with solid literacy and numeracy skills
