About The Role
We are looking to appoint a Digital Business Analyst to drive our business as an industry leader of digital platforms, ensuring customer experience is maintained and kept front of mind. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous delivery of e-Commerce and CMS platform improvements for Laminex within New Zealand.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Working collaboratively with business stakeholders as well as creative and technical teams ensuring high quality and on time roll out of features and/or product releases to meet customer expectations
Documenting business process, user and data requirements and business benefits
Monthly reporting and UAT Testing. Logging issues on Jira for resolutions
Displaying a high technical knowledge and understanding of the product architecture, market, the users, and the road map for the product
In conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager, upload data to the platform including imagery, files and verifying functionality and accuracy.
An experienced Digital professional, you’ll be capable of dealing with a range of complex issues as a Business Analyst in an agile digital environment, along with the following:
Demonstrated experience in agile delivery techniques
Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
Strong analytical skills within complex business environments
Demonstrated experience collaborating with complex developer, creative, business and technical teams
Solid understanding of E-commerce and integration testing risks
Experience in Hybris preferred but not essential
