The Opportunity:

Join us on our journey to expand and engage our devoted customer base at Oliveri. We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our efforts in amplifying awareness for Oliveri among a diverse customer demographic. In this newly established role, you will orchestrate strategic content management across all Oliveri channels, supporting promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll be entrusted with crafting and executing Oliveri's content calendar, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Specialist to curate targeted and impactful content that resonates with our audience, ultimately driving brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing the performance of promotional and digital activities, setting up meaningful campaigns on META Business Manager, monitoring website and social media traffic, and leveraging insights to enhance user experience.
This position will be based at our Oliveri headquarters in South Australia.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content and increase engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media channels. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimise strategies.
  • Digital Advertising: Coordinate the creation and placement of digital advertisements across various platforms, including display networks, social media, and other online channels.
About You:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • A proven track record of end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute performance marketing programs that yield strong ROI.
  • Thorough understanding of the digital landscape, including eCommerce, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in content management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the production of high-quality content.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
  • Experience with META Business Manager, Hubspot (or similar scheduling tool), Pinterest
