Description

The Role:
You’ll be joining our dynamic, fast-paced in-house digital and marketing team as Digital Marketing Lead, reporting directly to our Digital Channel Manager.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Increasing engagement and revenue across our digital platforms and buying group partner
  • Developing and leading our paid media strategy across search, display, and emerging digital channels
  • Partnering closely with external agencies and partners to drive performance optimization, innovation, and best-practice media execution
  •  Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns aligned with PlaceMakers’ go-to-market strategy and key commercial priorities
  • Collaborating with partner organizations and buying groups to identify and improve marketing initiatives that increase engagement, awareness, and commercial impact
  • Converting marketing performance data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations to support category and campaign growth
  • Identifying category growth opportunities through digital demand signals, audience insights, and media performance analysis
This is a Full time permanent, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based full time from our Support office in Penrose.

You’ll also bring:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign management capability
  • A self-starter attitude, showing strong initiative and a genuine desire to learn and grow
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  •  Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and performance measurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to interpret media and performance insights and translate them into category growth strategies
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
