About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our Auckland team. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate the daily dispatch of roofing products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. You’ll be the link between our warehouse, transport providers, and clients—keeping everything running smoothly. Taking ownership for our finished goods you will maintain a high level of accuracy of our accessories warehouse, ensuring we receipt, store and handle our products carefully. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm, so your afternoons and weekends are free!

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and Receipt inventory into our site – ensuring accurate records and inspections
• Cycle counting and investigation of discrepancy
• Serving customers (collections direct from warehouse or loading our specialised trucks for delivery throughout the day)
• Liaise with transport companies, warehouse staff, and customers
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations
• Accountable for the finished goods storeroom, maintaining a high standard of organisation and housekeeping

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in dispatch, warehousing, inventory, or transport coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Forklift license
• Gantry Crane certification (preferred but not essential)
