About the role:
Our central Distribution Centre in Mangere services our Auckland metropolitan, regional, and national customers with hundreds of deliveries of our Mico products every day. You’ll also play a key role supporting both Mico and PlaceMakers branches with centralised distribution support — providing ETA updates for orders, assisting with stock enquiries, and helping with after‑sales questions to keep our network running smoothly. We now have an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our Distribution Support Team at the Mico Distribution Centre.

You’ll play an integral role providing centralised distribution support services for our online customers shopping at mico.co.nz, by looking after sales through our website and TradeMe via our automated system. Day‑to‑day, you’ll be processing sales, responding to customer enquiries, chasing up stock, coordinating orders, supporting pick/pack, and overseeing inventory control. The role will also support website enhancements and play a key part in growing our online sales.

This is a fulltime permanent role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday 8 hours a day. The role is currently based in Mangere. 

About you:
Your communication and relationship skills will prove invaluable, as you collaborate with internal and external customers, and show a robust ‘team player’ attitude. A strong work ethic is essential, and your key strengths will be your efficiency, attention to detail, organisation skills and excellent written English. We are looking for someone who ideal has customer support experience and keen to learn and grow in a new industry. Success is about your ability to seamlessly deliver a great customer experience!
