We're seeking an experienced Environment Health Safety Advisor (EHS) ready to make an impact. Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead safety and quality efforts across regional Tradelink sites
  • Conduct thorough safety training and competency assessments
  • Execute on-site and virtual audits and assessments
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Provide support for Workers Compensation and Return-To-Work coordination
  • Willingness to travel as needed

We're seeking:
  • Exceptional influencing skills to drive safety and quality mindset shifts
  • Strong communication abilities to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in EH&S principles including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
  • Self-driven attitude with the ability to excel both independently and within a team
  • Previous experience in EHS roles, ideally within retail distribution or manufacturing
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably a minimum of Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment a plus)

This role can be based out of one of our numerous locations in Sydney, meaning that you can call work closer to home. Base yourself at Alexandria, Blacktown or Silverwater. On top of this, you will have a company car to ensure you can be active across our sites.
