Fletcher Wood Products is seeking an EHS Advisor to join our Taupo construction project team on a fixed-term contract, starting January 2026 and ending July 2026. This is a site-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and is committed to making a real impact.

About the Role

Support the project’s environmental obligations, liaise with regulatory bodies, and help maintain operating consents.
Deliver robust training programs (e.g., Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, First Aid) and promote a safety-first culture on site.
Develop and maintain the site’s Health & Safety Plan, conduct incident investigations (ICAM methodology), and ensure thorough reporting and actionable insights.
Apply the latest standards and guidance for hazardous areas; experience in this space is highly valued.

What We’re Looking For

A collaborative team player who partners with frontline staff to drive safety outcomes.
Health & Safety experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting.
Experience in hazardous area management and environmental consents is a plus.
