  • Leading dashboard design and improvement sessions to enhance user experience
  • Monitoring data quality and providing assurance for confident decision-making
  • Delivering training and coaching to build capability in EHSQ data and reporting tools
This role combines strong technical capability with stakeholder engagement, translating complex data into meaningful insights.

About you
  • Relevant qualification in data science, information technology or similar
  • 2–5 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data science
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills, with exposure to SharePoint and enterprise systems
  • Experience in large, complex organisations (construction, infrastructure or similar preferred)
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Exposure to EHS, sustainability, operations or risk-related data will be highly regarded.

Join the team at Fletcher Construction:
  • Competitive salary and flexible working options
  • Based at our office in Penrose, with free staff parking and on-site café.

  • Market-leading parental leave policy

At Fletcher Construction, we pride ourselves on safely delivering a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects for the people of New Zealand and the South Pacific. But our real strength isn’t just in what we do – it’s in who we are. We are a team of 3,700 people working across three brands: Fletcher Construction, Higgins and Brian Perry Civil. While we’re a large organisation, we’ve never lost sight of what matters most: looking after our people.

We are actively looking to fill this role and encourage your early application. Applications are reviewed regularly, and we reserve the right to remove the advertisement before the advertised closing date.

Research shows that females and minority groups don’t always apply for roles unless they match 100% of the requirements. So, if this role is of interest but you feel you don’t quite fit, we encourage you to apply anyway. We are enriched by many nationalities, languages, religions, customs, and lifestyles. We are proud of our diversity and see it as one of the things that make us better together.
