At our cutting-edge Tauriko facility in Tauranga, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our electrical services team and drive excellence across all aspects of electrical maintenance, safety, and performance. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a team of electrical professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and optimise electrical systems, ensuring all machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on engineering support to site operations, troubleshooting issues and implementing long-term solutions.
Plan and Prioritise: Coordinate weekly maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and installations to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
Contractor Oversight: Engage and manage contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade certificate, relevant tertiary qualification, and a current Electrical Registration is desirable.

• 7+ years in industrial or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to machine and building systems.

• Expertise in fault finding, electrical distribution, and control systems (Allen Bradley PLCs preferred).

• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.

• A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.

• Analytical mindset with a calm, consultative approach to decision-making.
