We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental strategies across our business. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental plans
Lead and coach a team to deliver high standards and positive outcomes
Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
Drive sustainability initiatives and wellbeing programs
Partner with senior leaders to embed a proactive safety culture

What You’ll Bring

Postgraduate qualification in health, safety, or environmental discipline
Proven leadership experience in HSE within manufacturing or construction
Strong knowledge of legislation and resource consent processes
Ability to influence, coach, and engage at all levels
Passion for creating safe, sustainable workplaces
