About the Role:
The core focus is to provide industry leading estimating, quotations, price management and customer service to support Trade Sales, and our Commercial & Trade customers. 

Daily you will be responsible for:
  • Compile pricing and estimations to be presented to customers 
  • Liaise with Suppliers for pricing and ensure products are received on time
  • Work with internal stakeholders/Account Manager around quotes & pricing requirements 
  • Maintain our pricing records to ensure the right price is charged to our customers
  • Load consented plans to Salesforce
  • Processing of truss designs from Salesforce
  • Receive & process supplier estimates/take offs for upload to Salesforce
  • Prepare the PDF/hard copy of the final quote, uploading to Salesforce and emailing to Account Manager
  • Data Entry & General Administrative tasks

This is a Full-time fix term role ending 27th November 2026. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, based at our Riccarton branch. 

About you:
The role would suit someone who a practical, detailed, process focused person and thrives giving excellent customer service in an administrative role. 
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or Administration skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail are key!
  • A strong team player, having the ability to work well under pressure and take initiative
  • Highly customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills and a ‘can do’ attitude 
  • Having pricing estimations background and a genuine interested in the building and construction industry is preferred, however not essential.
  • Be IT savvy and confident in learning new computer systems 
  • Motivated to succeed while completing high volume, process driven tasks
