Description

The Role:
This role is vital to the delivery of our market leading estimating services, receiving plans and collating pricing for both our customers and internal stakeholders. As the estimations coordinator you’ll work closely with our Estimations Lead and Frame & Truss Teams to make sure that our trade customers get prompt, accurate pricing for their projects so that together we can build Wanaka.

  • Provide Coordination for estimating, quotations, price management and customer service to support Trade Sales and trade customers. 
  • Take clear briefs and ensure all relevant information is gathered 
  • Working with suppliers to get quotes and pricing for special orders
  • Compile the quotes, present to the customer and manage workflow effectively  
  • Manage information input into all relevant systems and follow up and manage all quotations given to Account Managers
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the right information is communicated to the right people. 
This role is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Based in our Wanaka branch. 

About you:
The role would suit someone with solid coordination and administration skills, as well as system and process experience. Bring your passion for the building industry and customer Centric attitude. 

  • Have a genuine interest in the building industry and keen to grow in this space
  • Understand key aspects of the construction process
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent skills in computer based administrative tasks and an ability to quickly learn new systems 
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
