Description

The Role:

The role is vital to the delivery of our services to the customers and other stake holder within the business. It demands the ability to prioritise workload as well as helping to implement and communicate process changes.

To provide industry leading Coordination for estimating, quotations, price management and customer service to support Trade Sales and trade customers. You would be managing various administration and accounts tasks within an efficient timeframe. You will be managing information input into all relevant systems and follow up and manage all quotations given to Account Managers. It demands the ability to prioritise workload as well as helping to implement and communicate process changes. Processing service requests. Returning completed jobs to the customers. Workflow management. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. General administration duties.

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

About you:

The role would suit someone with solid coordination and administration experience, with system and process experience and an ability to look at ways to simplify what we do with the view to improving the customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine interest in the building industry and understand key aspects of the construction process. A strong eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competent skills in using computer for administrative role. Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. Highly customer focused with strong relationship building skills.
