Description

The Role:
The role is vital to the delivery of our services to the customers and other stake holder within the business. It demands the ability to prioritise workload as well as helping to implement and communicate process changes. 

Coordinating Estimates, Quotations, Price Management and Customer service
Administration and Accounts Tasks under tight deadlines
Information and Data input into relevant systems
Communications and Follow-ups with Account Managers
Processing and Returning completed Jobs to the Customers
External and Internal Stakeholder communication

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday based in our Lower Hutt Branch.

About you:

Solid Coordination and Administration Experience
Experience with building plans, or architectural documents very advantageous
Systems Savvy with an eye for process improvements
A Focus on the customer experience 
Experience in Kitchen, Bathroom or interior design software a plus
Strong eye for detail and computer competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
Strong Relationship building skills with a focus on customer relations.
