Description

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Materials & Frame and Truss Estimators with 2+ years of experience in the Building Industry. If you have a strong understanding of best practices, product information, and possess excellent computer skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation within the building industry
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, product information and NZS3604
Proficient in computer skills, including CAD estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in MiTek 20/20 & MiTek Sapphire software (applicable to Frame & Truss Estimators only)
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Salesforce/Design IT is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Analyse project requirements and specifications
Prepare estimates for a variety of projects, across different regions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing
