About the Role

This is an exciting newly designed opportunity for an innovate, customer focused and meticulous Estimator to grow their capability and contribute to how Iplex delivers value to customers within our Major Projects team in Strathpine. The role plays a key part in supporting continued business growth by delivering accurate, timely and commercially sound estimates and quotations, while working closely with sales and customers to understand project requirements and translate technical documentation into well considered solutions aligned to Iplex’s value proposition.

Through strong customer interaction and collaboration across internal teams including Pricing, Procurement, Planning and Contracts, the Estimator supports high quality tender and project submissions and maintains accurate estimating data within business systems. As the business continues to evolve, the role offers exposure to increasingly complex work and the opportunity to build broader commercial, technical and stakeholder capability while contributing to continuous improvement and competitiveness.

Skills and Experience

Experience in estimating, quoting or a related commercial, technical or sales support role
You will love giving a high level of customer experience and creating solutions
Attention to detail, deadline-focused, and highly organised
Highly analytical and strong troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and relationship-building experience both internal and external
High-level computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Salesforce/or similar)
Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A willingness to learn, adapt and grow as the role and business continue to evolve
