More About Your New Role 

This is more than just a job; this is your chance to build a long-term career with a trusted Australian Manufacturer as an Extrusion Operator/Production Operator at Iplex Albury.  In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our production machinery so that we can produce high quality product. You will require some level of mechanical aptitude, passionate about safety and love producing high quality products and ideally have experience in a production environment. 

Attention to detail is a must so that we can ensure accuracy with reporting and output, you will also be comfortable working a roster that is a mixture of days and nights on a rotating system. You will be part of an experienced but supportive team that values safety, quality, development, and good team engagement. This permanent role offers stability and growth, with continued feedback to ensure your growth & success in the position. 

Does This Sound Like You?
  • Previous exposure to working in a manufacturing/production environment 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude so you can trouble short (should it be required) 
  • You are an advocate for producing high quality products in a time efficient manner
  • Proud to work in a safety-first environment, participating in all toolbox talks
  • Background in maintaining production data records and abnormalities 
  • Understand how to work in a complex & fast paced environment 
  • Great personality, eager to learn and likes working in a diverse culture.
