About the Role

In this role as Fabrication and DC Operator in Jandakot you will work collaboratively as part of a team, rotating between store person and fabrication plant operator duties, some of these responsibilities are listed below: 

  • Support both warehouse and production operations 
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload deliveries safely for local and interstate customers
  • Set up and operate fabrication and production equipment 
  • Follow safe work practices and company procedures at all times
  • Manufacture high‑quality products while meeting production standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

What do you Bring? 

  • Passionate about environmental health and safety – willingness to follow all safety initiatives
  • Excellent communication and ability to communicate with all team members
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills along with high level customer service
  • Ideally have mechanical aptitude and confident around process operations on different machines
  • Skills in warehouse admin and ideally using SAP or other Inventory tracking systems
  • Forklift license, or proven background in logistics or DC operations
  • Outgoing personality, team and outcome focused!
